UK Optoms Cycling for Sight. 10 days cycling to raise 10k!

A group of optometry students are set to complete a World Sight Day Challenge fundraising first by cycling from Glasgow to Cardiff. The 'Optoms Cycling for Sight' sponsored bike ride will link UK optometry departments across 10 days, starting at Glasgow Caledonian University on the 13th of September, and stopping off at Bradford, Manchester, Aston, Anglia, City and finishing at Cardiff University on September 23rd.
Jessica MacIsaac (pictured), the OT student representative studying at the University of Bradford, is rallying together her fellow optometry peers to complete a bike ride which connects all UK optometry department between September 13 to September 23.
The charity cycle ride would start at Glasgow Caledonian University before making stops at Bradford, Manchester, Aston, Anglia, City and finishing in Cardiff University. Jessica, along with the support of fellow Bradford student Fares Hatoum, is encouraging students from each of the institution's Optics Societies to organise a World Sight Day charity event on the day that the bike riders are due to arrive at their university campus.
